*What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do an initial client evaluation to learn about your, athletics history and what your expectations are by working with me.After this initial evaluation , I go about scheduling our first session of training and start working on your personalized training plan.
*What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over two decades of experience as a self coach athlete , I know what works what doesn’t work and I’ve learned when it’s time to make changes and adjust training routines depending on
*Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?
All my sessions are 90 minutes long.
$85 a session, must sign up for a minimum of 5 sessions
Do I get a discount if I sign up for more than 5 sessions.
*How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started personal training and coaching by helping friends and colleagues in their training and is a way for me to share my knowledge and training philosophy to help you improve and reach your goals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with athletes , individuals looking to improve their overall fitness, I’ve worked with clients recovering from injuries to improve their flexibility and range of motion.I’ve had clients who decided to start exercising to manage their weight and improve their overall health and quality of life.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
This is a personal project with my uncle, after being severely overweight and having run into medical problems with his blood pressure and cholesterol.We had a talk and he committed to loosing weight trough healthy eating and exercise. I gave him a program , I track and monitor his process and besides being healthier he has also lost 40 pounds in one and half years.Since we started working out.
*What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be work with a person you can trust, who can motivate you and has the experience to help you succeed.

Athlete and coach need to have a connection and mutual understanding with one another to reach optimal results
